Eggnog Cupcakes

I made these using a white cake mix. I replaced half of the required water with eggnog and added some cinnamon. The icing was a buttercream using the eggnog again instead of heavy cream. I am not a huge fan of eggnog but these were really tasty. The eggnog flavor was very subtle and perfect for the holidays!
