Chocolate cake with vanilla icing. This recipe came from "The Treasury of Creative Cooking." I used the basic chocolate cake recipe. Still trying to find the perfect chocolate cake recipe. This one was good, but had more of a brownie-like texture.
Fondant sheets were cut to create the nacho tray. I used real chips covered in white chocolate "cheese." I used a little of the chocolate on the fondant napkin to make it look used. I decorated the tray and napkin using edible markers.
I am really happy with this cake. Plus the chips tasted pretty good with the chocolate on them.
